Post: India to Poland Visa Application

Applicants from India applying for a visa to Poland must provide an original Indian passport, valid for at least six months beyond the planned departure date, with no handwritten alterations. A recent passport-size photograph, following embassy specifications and not older than six months, is required. The visa application form must be carefully completed to avoid rejection. A personalized letter of application addressed to the Visa Officer should include the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, and purpose of travel, with the visa category specified in the subject line. An invitation letter from the host in Poland is mandatory. Applicants must submit a forwarding letter, such as a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Letter of Intent (LOI), issued on official company letterhead, detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, and duration of stay. A copy of the office ID card is required, along with a valid trade license for self-employed applicants. A bank statement covering the last six months with an official seal and signature is necessary. Additionally, a Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate and the last three years’ Income Tax Return (ITR) copies must be provided.
